A CHM file is a compiled HTML file. You can download the compiler from
the MSDN Web Site. Have a look at the link-[HTML Help Workshop and Documentation][^]

Solution 1

You have to use an outside application to create the helpfile. You can download the Microsoft free version from here MSDN[^]. It comes with the documentation needed to get you up and running
