Handwriting Recognination Software in C#.

Hi i am creating a Handwriting recognition Application in C#.
I am using Ink API form Microsoft. It works perfectly but the problem is how can i add additional words in to the Ink library. I mean Some words that are not in ink library how to add those???

I have visited the link I try to download the sample project. But it can not open in VS 2010. It converts the code in C# but it does not open.
