It's not urgent, at least not to 8,258,012 other members of Codeproject. Urging people is rude, especially if they will help you for free.

Sure, if OP did not mention "urgent" I would do it two minutes earlier :-).
But you are right, "urgent" only helps to irritate people, no more.
