code for Browser compatibility?

Hi Friends,
i have developed a site(C#,java script,asp.net),
when ever i open my project in different browsers, Pages and controls places are changing.(UI problem)
if i want to maintain the same state in all browsers what should i do?
is there any code to maintain it?

help me?
