replication database sql server

Hi
I ve created new subscription, it created successfully with no errors. When i clicked start in the 'View sync status' nothing gets started. And the status inthe replication monitor says Uninitialized subscription.

I ve tried creating and deleting publisher and subscription many times but didnt help same error every time.

I am using Sql server 2008, Running on Win Xp SP3
