how to save values in registry

hi to all

i wrote some code to save values in registry.like i saved values in Hkey_cuurent-user .
when i run the setup in xp those values comes in hkey-current-user only.. but when i run same setup in win 7 those values comes in hkey_users.
but my code shows values in hkey_current user only..that time again asking values in win 7.
how to solve this problem pls let me know.

Solution 1

HKEY_USERS contains all the registered users on the system. HKEY_CURRENT_USER is merely a link to the one currently logged on.
