Updating Grid view rows

i am developing a online examination system. In which i am using grid view to show the questions and their options. I am using select button so that when the examinee will click the select, the questions & the options will be displayed in the text boxes above the grid view. I want that when the examinee has attempted one question then their should be some updation so that the examinee will not get the same question again and that question will not be displayed. Like if their are 10 qustions displayed at a time & the examinee has attempted question no 1. Grid view should be updated so that question no 11 will be displayed as the last question & question no 1 will be removed from the top position.
