I have downloaded several .zip file from CodeProject, but can not unzip them normally, can anybody tell me why, I am quite puzzled.

Which software you are using to unzip file?Try Winrar and Extract File Contents by right clicking on it.

I‘ve tried with Winrar, but still failed. I doubt whether the file downloaded is complete or not.

Download the respective file again and this time use some universal open source extracting software's like 7-zip[http://www.7-zip.org/download.html]or universal extractor and make a try.

It is possible that the files have been zipped with a recent version of WinZip - a new format (Zipx) was added at V14 in May 2009. Since that is the default format for new achives (grrrrr!) it is quite possible that the archives are formated with that, and you cannot read them.

If you go to WinZip[^] you can download a trial version - it nags you to buy it and register IIRC, but is otherwise complete.

So it is always better to download the open source software like 7zip.
