i still have problem with designing a register form, would you please to give me a source to learn it. i want to learn designing a register form by ul, ol or other technique that use for make it. please don't suggest me a convertor site, take money and convert or such staff thing. i want to learn not to pay.

There is no a separate subject such as form design. There is nothing specific about it. You need to learn HTML in general, with CSS. You can find a lot of material on the Web. Just reading of W3 standards and trying out all different elements and styles would be enough to learn it. You can also look at some nice HTML designs, then look at the source HTML code and figure out how it is done.

I know html and css and also how to design a page, but two weeks ago i suddenly found a website that had a lot of nice tutorial about about designing sign up and register form step by step. but unfortunately my computer was restarted and i couldn't recall that website. is there any place to become proffessional in designing regiser form and sign up.
