sharepoint server 2010 changed password ,display 503 error

Hi there,

I have a issue need your help.
After I have changed my account password,my farm dispalyed 503 error,and then I do below things:
1.changed my password on all application pools,right click the application pool,advanced settings-->identity-->custom account -->type my alias and new password. and then do iisreset in powershell.
Also display 503 error
2.changed password on SQL Server to my new password.
Also dispaly 503 error
3.at last ,I uninstall sharepoint server on my computer,uninstall IIS,and then reinstall them
Also display 503 error.
4. I delete the folder "wwwroot" and then reinstall IIS ,now display 404 error,"The webpage cannot be found".

I want to install it on my computer, who can help me?

system information:
windows server 2008 R2
operation system 64bit
sharepoint version :2010,64 bit.
