Updating XML Data using ActionScript

I would like to know
how to
1)Add new Information XML data in My Admin Section by ActionScript code.
2)Update and Delete XML data in my Admin Section by ActionScript code.
3)Show All changes in Client Sections with refreshing the ActionScript MovieClip to show new updated XML data values.

If you want to connect to any server so i cant understand PHP, i can ASP.NET and c#.

1-3 seem to be a bit special questions regarding your project - please tell us the programming part. What do you want to do there??

PHP, ASP.net and C# are a bit to big to explain here - better to take some years off to learn those.

Thank you for your interest, i guest i am asking for some kind special needs,i know that.

I have a web site that shows live scores for soccer football games, i programed it with ASP.NET C# and SQL server, with database of extension .MDF.

But now its the time for some changes, so must of my visitors want to see more information about the time of the goals, offside,free kicks and other actions with some animations and sound effects in the game in the real time.

So i need a page to add new games, and a page to update live scores online in admin panel in flash.

And the same to show in the client side, so my visitors can get what they want.
