Finding Points on a Grid in C sharp

Hello Friend's
Actually I am not a programmer but I know a bit of it(not too little). Actually I am creating a plugin kind of stuff for one of my software and it is much like the curves adjustment dialog in photoshop. I have managed to built a grid. Now I need to know all the intersected points on all the lines that are intersected so that I can make a simple snapping mechanism. Please tell me a simple method to find and store all the points in a list.
