hi friends,


I developed an c# application with msaccess 2007 backend with setup file.database is not geting coonected and showing error as below in the windows 7 home premium edition x86 of our client.can anyone give the solution for creating the odbc in windows 7 home premium.?

the error is coming like the below:


unhandled exception has occured in your application.

The 'microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0' is not registerd on.

if you run the exe in the windows home premium edition x86 means it is showing the error as The 'microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0' is not registerd on.

Could it be that you have not defined the DSN for 32 bit driver. Use the odbcad32.exe in [Windows directory]\SYSWOW64 folder to define a 32 bit version.

Could you explain moer what you're trying to do. Is the error coming from your connection and what's the code etc.
