Dynamically creating column in a gridview in between static columns

I have 4 fields named as NAME as TextBox, SUBJECT as TextBox, FROM DT as datepicker and TO DATE as another datepicker.
Here I want dt if i put a name into its TB,den subject name to its TB and after dt i'll gv FromDt to ToDt,Then my Gv will show with following colunms..;Hv already mentiond below,which is to be Static and which shud be dynamically.

(suppose i chose frmdt as 1/12/2011 and todate as 5/12/2011)

Plz Help me out to solve ds problem,as becoz its very urgent....
