Which HTML editor? Is it one you've coded yourself? Bear in mind that HTML fonts tend not to match the full list of fonts that are available on your system, as the fonts tend to be limited to a subset that have a reasonable chance of being installed on different systems.

Not clear. If you want to use HTML editor, the way you use editors is just typing in it... :-)
