Hi,

How can I access the "CommandName" property of a asp button from JavaScript.

That probably won't be possible. The value is saved in an encrypted format.

Encrypted? Even then "won't be possible" is an apparent exaggeration... :-) please see my comment below.

What do you mean by "access"? All public read/write properties are fully accessible.

He needs the value of CommandName property of a button (set on the server side) on the client side.
That is probably not directly available.
