how to run android applications on windows 7

Hello everyong,

I am .net programmer, i have made an application which runs on windows platform and it is made with combination of .net and flash, i need that application to run only on windows not on Linux.. now i have lots of android applications so i need to run that linux apps on windows platform, so that i could give a link on my application and it would open a emulator in which android apps could be played ..

Please help me how this is possible..

Thanks but i want to run external .apk files inside that emulator how to do this please help us.. the emulator gets open but how to load external .apk files inside it?? please help me..
