Dynamic websites using ASP.NET and Microsoft Expression Blend 4.0

Hello,
I want to know whether we can make dynamic websites using Microsoft Expression Blend. It gives really cool features for WPF and Silverlight, but i am afraid about dynamic websites.
Plus, i also wanted to know whether we can use the Adobe Creative Suite to make ASP.NET websites, it provides an option in Dreamweaver but it gives out nothing to me when i try it.
Please help.

What do you mean by dynamic? You might need Visual Studio in order to write more of the code (vb or c#) behind the scenes to provide the "dynamic" part--loading data from a database or something like that. I would also recommend a Content Management System (like Drupal, Wordpress, etc..). I'm not sure about the Adobe part, sorry.
