How can i execute the below command prompt in debug mode through coding???

my commad syntax :->
Start \Wait D:\SW\SQL2000_EVAL\x86\setup\setupsql.exe -S -fl "D:\SW\SQL2000_EVAL\x86\setup\setup.iss"

Please help me....
