Hello,

for all experts here i have a project to develop by using windows workflow foundation
but im not that expert with wf and this will be the first wf project
the scenario is :

i have a university system which has teachers and Dr's apply to get a jobs.
after the Dr apply to request job in the uni it should start multi approve workflow;

first
department manager may reject OR send the application back because there is missing info (like certificates or CV or some thing else) OR approve to pass to the next manager

i have 5 managers to approve but the special thing is when the manager send the application back because there is missing part, the application will go back 2 leveles in other word, when the 4th manager set the application status to missing parts it should go back to the 3rd and 2nd managers and of course to the application owner but not to all....

so what is the best first step that i have to do and what is the best way to develop this kind of project
