Inserting records in Excel

Hi,

How can I insert records in Excel using VB 2008?

The first 10 rows of the spreed sheet is for the Headers,

And records will then be inserted starting on Row 12 of the spreed sheet, How can I do this?

I'm using vb 2008 and MS office 2007
