hi all,

anyone know about Controlled natural language interface(cnl)? whether it is tool or we have to build by our own?

CNL itself is not a subject of computer science, please see:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Controlled_natural_language[^].

There is no a "tool" and hardly can be (not clear what it would mean). You might want to try find some codes or develop your own; and I'm very skeptical about your resources to go in for it. Things are at the level of research, it looks like.

Try to Google to find some more.
