Hi, can someone please help me out....

i'm woring on a project " Enhancing RC4 algorithm for WEP protocol using Fake Character Insertion And Compression Technique"

I'm coding it in java but i dont know how to implement it in practical.....

so if some one guide me or advice anything possible will be of great help for me...
