Get URL From Active Window

Hello,

Is there a way to get the URL from an active web browser? My program knows the handle and can read the title of the active window (which is in case is the web browser) but have not been able to find a way to get the URL?

Thanks in Advance from any help.

Why? why?! And what is the browser? If this it is embedded one (WebBrowser control), this is easy, if not -- does not make sense. The users use different browsers...
