i learn so many sites but i did not understand how live product data comes on Live auction page on its time....

for any product there are given start time and end time....

but for that start time how data display and start auction of that product....

for that live data.....what can i use.....

what is better from, threading concept, by making another scheduling application,
tell me hoew can i do for that problem....
give me a suggetion....
