ASP.NET GridView with search option (SearchableGridView)[^] might help you get started.
Another article, GridView-Search Control[^], should be useful to you.

Do a search on the internet and you will be able to find many more.

May i know that all the text box fields are out side of ur grid is it?

Yes in the two examples they are outside. Im sure if you search on the internet, you will find something like a filter on every column.
