Free Wesbservice for sending SMS ?

Hi,
I want to add sms functionality in my application to test the flow of the application. I have gone through net for free sms service which provides functionality to send sms across the world including Pakistan but honestly couldn't find one. Please let me know if anyone have info regarding this.

Check WebServicex.net for SMS and more free other web services.

I have checked WebServicex.net it does not provide sms fascility in Pakistan.. ??
