Getting Error While Uploading the Excel File in Windows7 OS Sysytem

Hi Friends,

I have Developed the Window Application in ASP.net in that i am Uploading a Excel file(.xlsx Format) in my System(I am using XP OS), when i Execute the same SETUP file in my Colleagues System(using Windows7 OS) to Upload a file , a PopUp Error is arising that is "Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not register in Local Machine" but when try to execute the same SETUP File in my Colleagues System(using XP OS) ,its Working fine for them .

So Can any one suggest me to fix that Error ?
