showing numbers in persian in gridview

hi i have a gridview with some values which are read from data base.
the numbers in it, shown in English in fire fox and chrome.
i want to show them in Persian.
Is there any one who can help me?

what is the "util"means in that page?
i have a function which give a string(number in English) and return a string (number in Persian).
how can i call it in the BoundField?
