pop in windows appln

I am making a windows appln in C#.net ,where i need a popup window on mdiform right bottom side . popup should appear as a reminder after specific amount of time.

pop will contain pending work.

Why?
Where is the thread executing the "pending work". Why specific amount of time? How do you know what time to wait?
Who needs MDI, ever?

I think NotifyIcon which can be found here http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.windows.forms.notifyicon.aspx[^] may suit your requirement.
