Manually create color toolbar

I need to select the color for my textblock text manually and not using the textbloak properties. Here i have one button and click the button the color toolbar will open and then i select the color for text. How can i achieve that. i already create for FONT. but i dont know how do this for color

People have created ColorPicker controls like this one[^]. See if it fits your needs.
