Removing and adding functionality in Embedded Google Doc viewer

I have used IFrame and google doc viewer to show my document.It is working fine.

Document is successfully opened.
By I need to remove the option 'Open in New Window' from the google doc viewer and put 'search' and 'print' functionality in the embedded doc viewer.

Can any one help me out please!
