user login authorization

Hi,
I am new in Asp.net
I am making a website in Asp.net for Self Appraisal management for employees .there are five kind of login to this application :
Administrator, Self, Reviewing Authority, Reporting Authority, Accepting Authority.
Everyone write his/her comment in its specific page. I had made all five pages and login page
According to login type person is allow to Access to specific pages.
For example if authority type is Accepting then all the person’s Name under his Authority will be display in grid view from where he can select the employee for which he want to comment. He will access pages in read only mode so that he can read what other write but could not change anything. Clicking Next button He will get his page in read write mode so that he can write his comment s for that person.
What logic i have to apply pl. Help me.
