ajax toolkit script reference based error

hi

i m using AjaxToolKit 3.5 i use tools like tab panel or Date Extender if i use

asp:ToolkitScriptManager than i get this error

Could not load type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptReferenceBase' from assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'.

and if i use normal script Manager i wont get error... page will be loaded but no Ajax tools like Tab panel wil be displayed

how to resolve this problem?
