Ajax Toolkit 4.0 not working

I m using VS 2010 nd ajax 4.0 in it, there is no issue in runing the web site but issue arise when i debug the application :
he ask for ToolkitScriptManager.cs which is not available in ajax toolkit

adn error comes like this:
ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll!ajaxcontroltoolkit.ToolkitScriptManager.OnLoad(System.Event
