how to get PTS of frame using GStreamer?

i using GStreamer to decode video data, my pipeline is same as:
appsrc -> demuxer -> video decoder -> video converter --(get video frame - decoded data)--> video converter -> video output
I don't know how to get video frame and PTS of this frame after decoded. Please suggest for me, thanks!
