Capture image attached in document(.doc,.pdf…)

Hi,

I would like to get help on how to capture image in a document.

For example,

Let say I have a document with picture/image in it. I want to write a program(in C++) which able to capture only the image in the document.

Any suggestion from you guys are welcomed! If there already a topic on this, my apologise and share the link here please. I couldn't find one.

Solution 1

The first thing you need to do is get hold of a library that will let you read the different file types. Here[^] are some links to help you with PDF. Similar searches should get you libraries for the others that you are interested in.
