In ASP.Net when we run our project that runs fast but i want to see the real speed as it could be on web is it possible to control such things.

The issue is the performance will depend on many different things, such as what webserver you end up deploying to, what connection speed your users have, what browsers they are using, what settings they have, how much you are caching, etc. There are some tools if you search that can help test stress but the only real test is to actually put it into production.
