Recycle Bin for smartphones

Greetings,

I want to tell you that i am designing a recycle bin folder Application and for this i want to how to move a file from one to another.

Process that will happen:

1) When i clicked at delete correspond to any file (vedio, text, etc ), it should go to recycle bin.
2) And again when i clicked at Retrieve File then it should go to its original place.

Also, you have told us that you are designing some feature and told us what it will do. What you have not told us is what problems you are having.
