Repeat header and achieving margin space in itextsharp

Hi All,
I am using itextsharp dll file to render a html into pdf. I am having a few problems in aligning here. Following are the issues i am facing.
1. I am not able to achieve margin space inside the table.
2. Table header is not repeating in the next page.

I would be so greatfull if somebody is able to help me with this.
