do i need a microsoft license or something to sell software produced by visual basic 2010 ultimate ?(silly question i know but answer me please)Appreciate your help!

I thinks its no need, But make sure that you're using the licensed visual basic 2010 ultimate to develop your software.

i do use a licensed vb 2010 ultimate but i got to be sure about the license.

The Express (Free) editions certainly allow you to sell applications produced with it, so I'd be totally shocked if you couldn't with a paid edition.
