Hi, i want to save my backup in .CSV format on button click.
I am using vs 2005 and sql server 2000 as a database.

You may want to search google to see if there is already a tool to do that. If not, you'll have to write code, a lot of code, to connect to the db, iterate the tables, read through each record of each table and output to a specific csv. There may be an easier way to do what you want if we understood why you want to do it.
