To write dynamic connection string for desktop application (C# ,SQL SERVER 2005)

I am working on a desktop application (C# 3.5).I am using service based database(.mdf).Can anyone tell me how to write dynamic connection string so that application run without any error on other machine also.Also tell me how to build set up file for deploying software on client machine whose machine wont be having .net and SQL SERVER 2005 installed.
