how to set focus on the teleric rad controls gridview cells

Dear Friends

I m making a winform pos application for bill printing using teleric rad controls .
I want to set the focus on the 3rd cell after hitting enter on first cell..
By default it goes to the 2nd cell , i want it to go to the third cell ...
Friends please help me ...
I am really frustrated on this please tell me how to do it with the normal grid view controls of .net
