problem of devcpp with opencv

hi all. I'm a newbie to opencv. I wanted to do project by using opencv with devcpp. but now i having problem with executing the sample program of opencv. Everytime i run a program which include<highgui> definitely the execution will crashed.

Does anyone can help? I have already search thru internet for few days. Noone can help. In addition, when the .exe is executed, then it crashed, and i cheched the details, it state that the module crashed is opencv_highgui231.dll is crashed. Anyone can help?
