In ISA Sever 2004, I want to configure SMTP Message Screener to store in SQL Server I check MSSQLServerADHelper and MSSQL$MSFW and SQLAgent$MSFW services are running but I still can't do it?

Nope
you can oly store ISA Logs on SQL Server
