I have an application that opens with admin rights. We have gpo's set up to block admins from getting to the Internet. Now the catch is that our ticketing system works with ie8 . I would like to include a button that they can click and it prompts for their regular user account then opens ie to our ticketing system.

The other issue Im running into is some admins are cac inforced and others can use a username and password. If someone can please point me on a path that will help me. There is no changing the application from opening with admin because it does stuff for remote computers.
