ASP.Net Website problem using checkboxlist

I had develop a web application using ASP.Net.
I am having issue in one form i am using checkboxlist when i clcik on select all its selecting all and when i click on the Add to list button its not adding to another checkboxlist. its refreshing the page and deselecting the selected checkboxlist after 991 count. its not adding to another list.

Can anyone give me an idea to resolve this problem.

Did the checkboxlist have any particular count to select because its not deselecting after 991 count while i click to Add to list.

If i select correct 991 count and click on Add to list its added to the another checkboxlist.

Let me know why its not working when try to add by select all.
