Adding a user control Dynamically

Hi,
I need to add an user control dynamically .The user control contains the two combo box and one button.On click of the button the user control should be deleted from the page .I Used the session and creating the controls in the pre init event of the page since the user control vanishes on postpack.If user changed some combo box values afterwards need to update the session but dont have any clue to do that.

Pls Help me solve the issue
