how to register the dll into the registry during setup creation

hello frens,
i am doing a project under which i have to include a dll that gets registered under registry during installation, so please help me how can i include a dll which gets registered under the system retistry during installation.

Why? Do you mean using GAC? What's the purpose of such registration? How will it be used as a result of registration?
